1 Introduction and Scope

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you") and ljparty ("we," "us," "the Platform"). They govern your access to and use of the ljparty website, mobile application, and all services offered through the platform.

3 Account Registration and Verification

To use the platform's full features — including placing bets, depositing funds, and withdrawing winnings — you must register a verified account.

When registering, you agree to:

• Maintain and promptly update your account information if any details change.
• Register only one account per person. Holding multiple accounts is a breach of these Terms and may result in all associated accounts being closed.

This is standard KYC (Know Your Customer) practice. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in restricted account access.

Your account login credentials are personal to you. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with anyone else. ljparty will never contact you to ask for your password.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

All transactions on ljparty are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Accepted payment channels include Philippine online banking, bank transfer, and supported e-wallets such as GCash and Maya. Specific payment options available to your account will be displayed at the time of transaction.

• Deposits are credited to your ljparty account balance upon successful processing by the payment provider.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. ljparty may request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal.
• Processing times vary by payment method. We will communicate estimated timelines during the withdrawal process.
• Funds in your account may only be withdrawn to a payment method registered in your own name.

Any funds that ljparty determines to have been deposited through fraudulent means, chargebacks, or other unauthorised methods will be voided, and the associated account will be subject to immediate closure.

5 Gameplay, Bets and Game Rules

The ljparty platform offers live casino, slot games, sports betting, eBingo, and other game types. Each game operates under its own set of rules, which are available within the game interface or lobby.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or reversed after placement.
• In the event of a technical fault or server error during a game, ljparty reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes at its discretion.
• Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (for slots and digital games) or by live game results (for live casino and sports). ljparty does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Prohibited Using automated software, bots, AI tools, or other programs to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform intentionally is a breach of these Terms. Any winnings derived from known exploits may be voided.

For sports betting: pre-match odds are locked at the time of bet placement. Live in-play odds update in real time. Results are final based on the official result of the relevant sporting event as determined by the governing body.

6 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

From time to time, ljparty may offer bonuses, promotions, cashback, or other rewards to registered players. Any such offer will be communicated through official platform channels and will be subject to specific terms that apply to that offer.

• Promotional offers are only valid for the period and under the conditions stated at the time they are offered.
• Abuse of bonus offers — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may result in account suspension.
• ljparty reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time.

7 Responsible Gaming

• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the player without valid basis.

In cases of suspected fraud or illegal activity, ljparty may freeze account funds pending investigation. Where a closure is due to a breach by the player, any outstanding balance may be forfeited at ljparty's discretion.

Players wishing to close their own accounts voluntarily may do so by contacting us through the platform. Any remaining verified balance will be returned via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ljparty shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds arising from gambling decisions made by the player.
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from use of the platform.
• Service interruptions caused by technical issues, maintenance, or events beyond our reasonable control.

10 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of the Philippines. By using ljparty, you submit to the jurisdiction of Philippine courts for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process.
